There was an online round of medium difficulty. The first interview was a coding round - medium difficulty. The third round was called the Leadership round. A senior tech manager took this round. I didn't clear this round.
The first round was basic coding stuff, nothing unusual or tough.
The third round was mainly based on my internship experience and why I didn't receive a PPO. This seemed very off-putting, as it's common not to get a PPO when you are assigned a role you are not interested in. I wasn't asked any coding questions; the interviewer treated me as a rejected piece without testing my coding skills.
