Contracts are long term, around 1.5 years.
Very slow background check and onboarding process.
It may take more than 60 days once they release the offer to onboard you, so if you are on H1B, then you are in trouble to file an amendment.
Communication gap is a big problem here.
Please be proactive and speed up the background check and onboarding process.
Try to implement the latest technologies that will help the people who work there in the future.
