Employment with reasonable benefits and PTO
With the terrible management policies in the last decade, the chickens have come home to roost. The key initiative of Scharf and his management team is to get Wells out from under the asset cap and return Wells to the black. This means endless hours of work and cost cutting. This has made it very difficult as an employee, but I don't believe there are any 'better' options. I would not recommend working at Wells Fargo until the asset cap is removed and they are back to a regular dividend.
