Low morale, no motivation to excel, and no perks or interesting endeavors.
Literally been in a management shift with a "hands tied behind your back" mentality for over five years.
Lack of guidance and involvement. No clarity of the future. Management needs to step up, pick a direction, and provide support for the workers.

Asked questions regarding resumes. Described working in groups and situations that arose from personal experience involving not being able to solve a particular problem. Also practiced OOPs concepts as well as databases.

The Zoom link did not work, so the interview was late and subsequently cut down by 10 minutes. It was a group Zoom meeting with approximately 20 interviewers and 10 interviewees. Each interviewee was then placed with two interviewers for a breakout
