Pros

It's a promising place to work because it's a well-known company.

Cons

I came here for this specifically because there's a tremendous problem with hiring. I don't care that I'm racist, but I have to say that they really put foreigners before the American workers. I was there for only a couple of months and I couldn't even make my mark. They put me in a team where my team lead was from somewhere in South America. He didn't even put the time and effort to give me the proper introduction and training. We only talked on Zoom for 15 minutes to go over what I want to do. I was expecting him to hand me the tasks at hand, but nothing. A couple of weeks went by, and I got kicked out of the team and went to a team that was out of my scope from my work experiences but was able to pull it off anyways. Then a month later, my manager, who happens to be an Indian immigrant, let me go. He told me that it's because he hired too many people and decided to shave me off. I don't know what kind of games they were pulling off there, but that's not how you should treat your employees. Not even in the US! Born and raised in America who worked super hard in a four-year college. You can argue that it's cheaper to hire a foreigner, but the last laugh is on you because the taxes and spending power won't go back to this country. Can't believe the mascot is an American cowboy riding on a wagon to the sunset.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring foreigners!
