Pros

The temperature in the buildings stays pretty consistent.

Cons

Lots of changes happen for the sake of making changes. They're more concerned with hitting target dates than they are with doing the job well or right. Way too many silos for teams make timelines unmanageable, but that doesn't change the dates targeted for the projects. Advancement from inside totally depends on who you know, not what. There seems to be major disconnects between leadership perception and reality.

Advice to Management

Just because someone came from JP Morgan and can tell you how great they are, doesn't mean that it is true.
