Uncertainty: Steady decrease in overall employees for 9 quarters in a row. Most of my peers have been with Wells Fargo for 10-20 years or more, making it more difficult to stand out. Often takes a lot of work in the form of process and procedures just to do daily work.
Management communicates frequently and well, for the most part.
They are very calculated in how and what they say. This may sound great today but could be bad news in 6-12 months.
