Good 401K, time off, and benefits.
Could offer better remote policies. A lot of reorganization in the past few months. No raises. More work being piled on and not enough resources to accomplish goals. No training plan for new employees in specific groups.
Better improvement onboarding new employees, better remote policies, and offer more robust raise increases.
