Well-established and employee-friendly organization
It is a boon for an employee to work with Wells Fargo. It is a very employee-friendly company and gives all facilities to its employees. Women associates can happily manage work-life balance with this organization.
The only problem is Wells is still adapting newer technologies, and it will soon be on par with this too.
Onshore feedback is more dominant, and organizations do not take feedback about onshore partners from offshore.

Applied online for the Hyderabad location and received a call within 2 days for an interview. The interview was scheduled for the second next day. There were three technical rounds and the fourth was an HR round. All rounds happened on the same day
