Wells Fargo offers some of the best benefits. First-year employees start out with 18 days of PTO, as well as 8 major holidays. On top of that, they offer great 401(k) options, medical insurance, short/long-term disability, and many others.
It is a big company, so you really have to prove yourself.
Sometimes you can feel lost in the crowd if you don't work hard and apply yourself.
I do not really have much advice for the management. They seem to do a wonderful job.
