Wells Fargo has pretty good benefits and does have a good severance for years worked if you are displaced. Long-time employees
Technology has a lack of good training. Employees feel set up for failure.
Upper management needs to interact with employees more to gain more information about what their employees are working on. This could help them make better decisions.
