Software Engineer
I interviewed with a panel of three people. The questions were nearly all behavioral: "Describe a time when..." To prepare, I made a list of the major projects I'd worked on during my career. That way, I had a lot of examples to draw from.
Senior Software Engineer
The recruiter was very nice and helpful. The process was quick; the first round was on Tuesday, the second round was on Thursday, and the offer was rolled out on Friday. Overall, I am happy with the process.

1. HR interview goes through job requirements. 2. Panel interview with the hiring manager, her/his peer, and one from the team (behavioral and technical questions). After two weeks, you have the offer.
