Pay is not that great, and the India management is not up to the mark.
Total of 3 rounds of technical cum management discussion, followed by an HR discussion. The first two rounds were conducted by senior managers in India, and the last round was conducted by a panel of two based in the US.
It was on Webex, even when I went to their office. Looks like they need to check with the candidate’s knowledge and experience and take a firm decision in terms of hiring.
Technical and leadership questions. It was not a lengthy process. Clear and accommodative. Followed up on time. Did not need any reminders when working with the recruiting team. Informative and enjoyable experience.
