Short but worthy employment
Work-life balance, good management, good infrastructure, and easy commuting to anywhere in the city, near to the airport. Awesome recreational facilities. Great functions like annual day, family day, fundraising, Women's Day, etc. Excellent platform to learn different technologies and get trained on professional certifications.
The food in the cafeteria is not so good.
There is huge traffic outside the office, making food delivery not possible to the office building.
Senior leadership is not very strong.
There is no culture of speaking in an internationally accepted language (English); everyone speaks in the regional language.
Hire people from other cultures and cities. Word diversity is not restricted to women only.
