Pros: Get to work with great people. Great pay and benefits. Frequent exposure to customer stories reminds us who we are working for and the good we are doing for them. It is very inspiring to be enabling small business owners to make their dreams come true. The massive focus on value-driven work is a huge selling point for me. I feel like my values are aligned with the stated values of the company, and we are all expected to strive for them.

Cons: It can be exhausting at times since the work is never done. Not having dedicated QA can be draining since engineers need to mitigate and manage every step of bug reporting, including routing or attempting to duplicate issues.

Pros: * Fast-growing company where every project is critical to the business. * Passionate employees. Many love the project and are avid collectors themselves. * Great pay and perks.

Cons: * The company changes quickly, so the "rules" and expectations change every few months. * The semiannual review process is like for a 10k+ company and way overkill.

Pros: Real autonomy. Real potential for impact. Lightweight processes. Strong sense of team and trust in peers.

Cons: It can be everything all at once at times, but this is easily better than the overwrought planning processes and top-down control you normally experience in other technology companies.
