The interview process began with a Karat technical interview, followed by three technical onsite interviews, and concluded with a final behavioral round with an Engineering Lead.

* Great pay and perks.
Cons: * The company changes quickly, so the "rules" and expectations change every few months.
* The semiannual review process is like for a 10k+ company and way overkill.

Whatnot is growing fast

Pros: Working with great people for the same goal to change e-commerce through livestream shopping. It's a challenging but fun experience. There are a lot of benefits and fun events, like team/company offsites.
Cons: We all move pretty fast here, so timelines are often pretty aggressive, but it's the reason for the hyper-growth and the huge potential ahead of us.

Pros: The company stays true to its culture while also focusing on progressing the business forward. They are cognizant of work/life balance and usually do a good job ensuring their employees get to work on projects that are fulfilling to them, but making sure not to overwork them.
Cons: Things change a lot. It's a "con" in the sense that it can add stress, but it is also something that should be expected at a company of this stage. If you're someone who can do their job well when given varying circumstances, this "con" won't affect you much.
Also, there is a lot of talent at Whatnot, which can often cause imposter syndrome to set in or make you feel like you need to prove yourself.
