The interview process was very smooth, and the recruiter was one of the best to work with. The offer process was very fast as well.

Pros: Real autonomy.
Real potential for impact.
Lightweight processes.
Strong sense of team and trust in peers.
Cons: It can be everything all at once at times, but this is easily better than the overwrought planning processes and top-down control you normally experience in other technology companies.

Pros: The company stays true to its culture while also focusing on progressing the business forward. They are cognizant of work/life balance and usually do a good job ensuring their employees get to work on projects that are fulfilling to them, but making sure not to overwork them.
Cons: Things change a lot. It's a "con" in the sense that it can add stress, but it is also something that should be expected at a company of this stage. If you're someone who can do their job well when given varying circumstances, this "con" won't affect you much.
Also, there is a lot of talent at Whatnot, which can often cause imposter syndrome to set in or make you feel like you need to prove yourself.
