Not great.
I went through a recruiter screen and then an offsite. Both of my interviewers at the onsite seemed like they were being held at gunpoint. The recruiter was extremely uncommunicative.

Pros: Working with great people for the same goal to change e-commerce through livestream shopping. It's a challenging but fun experience. There are a lot of benefits and fun events, like team/company offsites.
Cons: We all move pretty fast here, so timelines are often pretty aggressive, but it's the reason for the hyper-growth and the huge potential ahead of us.

Truly remote-first, growing company

Pros: Genuinely remote-first company - great if you don't enjoy going to offices (but they are there if you do). Culturally similar to big tech brands due to the vast majority being alums from there. Product is fun, and so is the work around it. Perks are incredibly generous compared even to Meta/Google, etc.
Cons: A remote-first culture can sometimes be tricky for new grads or juniors. It's harder to socialize, but there are company offsites and local offices to visit.
Smaller companies can, at times, be chaotic with fewer people per problem space.
