Pros: The company stays true to its culture while also focusing on progressing the business forward. They are cognizant of work/life balance and usually do a good job ensuring their employees get to work on projects that are fulfilling to them, but making sure not to overwork them.

Cons: Things change a lot. It's a "con" in the sense that it can add stress, but it is also something that should be expected at a company of this stage. If you're someone who can do their job well when given varying circumstances, this "con" won't affect you much. Also, there is a lot of talent at Whatnot, which can often cause imposter syndrome to set in or make you feel like you need to prove yourself.

Pros: Interesting problems to solve and great people.

Cons: Really terrible HR who are incompetent, inflexible, and slow.

Pros: Really nice team, really smart and passionate individuals. Enjoying my time so far!

Cons: My house is filled with collectibles I have bought on Whatnot.
