Was given a botched 30-minute take-home quiz. Initially, when I received the link to the quiz via email, I was told that the deadline was for a date which had already expired (3 or so days prior to receiving the email). I reached out to the interviewer and asked if there was a typo, to which they apologized and provided an updated, correct deadline for the quiz. I did the take-home quiz no problem and was ghosted. My understanding is that they most likely filled this position, as the job posting was taken down that same week. I reached out anyway for confirmation and clarity and got no response. Overall, not very professional and probably dodged a bullet! Your mileage may vary.
