Process
The interview first started with an HR call, and it was smooth.
Next was the technical interview, and three people joined. One of them was shadowing. One interviewer was quite rude, and his unpleasant behavior continued until the end. I can say that when I finished the interview, I thought I never want to work with such negative employees and didn’t want to move to the next step.
Companies should be aware that interviews are for both sides.
