Process
The interview process has been documented well on here already. I didn't have LeetCode-styled questions, but more practical-based questions, especially around Java. Just brush up your Java knowledge, e.g., ConcurrentHashMaps, etc. The same goes for system design, with more practical questioning. Interviewers were all super nice and pleasant. I passed all rounds but never heard back from my recruiter, Julius Solas. Good luck if he's your assigned recruiter; he's quite useless and never replies to his emails. It's disappointing because Wise is a cool company, but sadly, they have been let down by the recruiting team.

It felt like a cult most of the time, with everybody saying how great the CEO was.
