Interviewed for a Sr. MLE role, it was one of the most unpleasant interviews I ever had. The interview was for a Sr. role, but the style was more for a new graduate, grinding on every single theoretical question without focusing on my past experience and achievements. The negative experience was not about the questions asked, but more about the interviewer trying to challenge each and every detail and concept I mentioned, asking for proof and explanation. This, not surprisingly, caused the interview to significantly overrun, and left no time for questions. If you are looking for an interrogation-style interview, go for it, and imagine having the interviewer as your future coworker.
