Software Engineer Interview Experience - Toronto, Ontario

Process

The hiring process is fast, efficient, and pleasant. It takes about a month to get an offer. I first talked with a team lead by phone, and he asked some technical questions. I did an onsite interview half a month after the first phone call. There are four rounds. Interview questions are of average difficulty, similar to what you expect from Google, FB, etc. Engineers are respectful and patient in general. A week after, I got a call from HR saying they would like to extend the offer.

I've read some bad reviews about Wish from Glassdoor about auto-reply rejections and a long hiring process. From my own experience, it is quite pleasant. It seems they have changed their attitudes and measures.
