Management is all over the place. They’ve been pretty unlucky with bad execs in the past. Leadership is decent now, but sometimes it can feel like too little too late.

Software Engineer
It was a hard process. I got lucky on a lot of the questions. Mostly LeetCode medium/hard. The engineers were really great. The hiring manager was great. Got an offer $70k above asking.
