An interesting and challenging engineering problem to solve. Fully catered lunches and dinners. Lots of freedom in choosing projects you work on. Flexible working hours.
Very inexperienced leadership. Lack of transparency.
Focus too much on short-term revenue and eventually ruin user experience.
Most growth comes from high marketing expenses. Terrible organic growth.
Beware: the company will take back all your vested RSU if it doesn't go IPO 3 years after you leave. Don't join if you are not sure whether you will stay very long.
