The CEO doesn’t know how to lead and is unwilling to hire professional leaders to the executive team.
He said that a tech company doesn’t need a CTO. If there is one, that person is head of IT.

It was a hard process. I got lucky on a lot of the questions. Mostly LeetCode medium/hard. The engineers were really great. The hiring manager was great. Got an offer $70k above asking.
