The recruiter found me on LinkedIn, but she couldn't schedule a phone call until two weeks later. The call took about 20 minutes. She almost didn't ask me about my background or any personal questions. However, she did ask me some technical questions about OOP (basic questions), about my experience with Agile, and continuous delivery. As she isn't an IT professional, she wrote down my answers for someone else to review later on. The result was supposed to take three days, but she didn't call me to say anything. In my opinion, it was a waste of my time since it took too long to schedule the call and had someone inexperienced conduct it.
