Applications Developer Interview Experience

Process

I impressed one of the engineers at the career fair and scheduled an interview for a week later. The interview lasted forty-five minutes and I was interviewed by two people, one of whom was the person I spoke with at the career fair. The interview itself consisted mostly of behavioral questions and some whiteboarding. There wasn't really a coding question, but rather a focus on how to design classes. At the end, the interviewer told me they were looking for smart people.
