I had good contact with corporate recruiters throughout the entire process.
I was contacted for a phone screen, and it seems they liked me.
I ultimately proceeded to an on-site interview, which was a pretty intense, multi-hour affair. It involved over six people conducting one-on-one sessions.
The atmosphere was very comfortable and not at all intimidating, providing a good feel for the company culture and the type of people there.
The technical portion was limited to whiteboard design questions and process discussions.
