Process

The interview process involved two rounds of phone interviews, followed by an on-site interview.

I spent a significant amount of time learning about the company and its proprietary language. The total interview time was not particularly long.

There were technical questions regarding database model design, as well as behavioral questions.

I had an internal referral, which I believe helped me secure the job faster and more easily.

Several other candidates were interviewed on the same day. Those who did not perform well on the technical portion were given a second chance with a slightly harder set of questions, allocated an extra interview slot on the same day.
