Process
I obtained the interview via internal reference. There were two phone screens:
- One from HM
- Another from a potential peer (manager)
The onsite interview soon followed at the company's HQ. It included one technical interview with engineers and three managerial interviews.
The technical interview wasn't coding but system design, and I had to describe technical aspects of previous projects.
Managerial interviews were all about how to manage a team, project delivery, and team performance.

While I am not involved in projects that use it, XO (proprietary language) is a major part of the stack. It is extremely limiting for further career prospects.
