Pros: The role requires developing via in-house coding language, so no programming language experience is much needed other than logical thinking.
Work with people who are ex-tier-1 company employees and would want a relaxed lifestyle.
Cons: Losing touch with programming in open-source languages.
Being here for more than 5 years will ensure careers are ended, as it will become impossible to find other opportunities.

Pros: Benefits, Medical insurance, Location. Good leave policy.
Cons: Skills of employers are not given importance. Managers dominated the place. Long-time directors with no knowledge of new technology are given more voice than employees with more skills. Joined Workday with lots of hope, but alas, it became just like another organization. Sad.
