Graduate Software Development Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

I had three interviews, each lasting 30-40 minutes, all conducted over Zoom. All of my interviews were with members of the team I was interviewing for. One was general, with behavioral and technical questions. The next was purely technical, and the final interview focused on company culture.

The technical interview involved reading a two-page piece of code and commenting on it.

I thought the questions were fair and relevant to the job I was applying for. Everyone I interacted with, from my recruiter to the interviewers, was very personable.

I was disappointed that I didn't get the job, but I will definitely give it another shot sometime in the future.
