Process

The process started with a couple of phone interviews, first with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager.

Next, I was brought in to meet with four managers and developers who would become my peers. Each interview took about 30 minutes, where my skills in OO design were tested, including white-boarding and discussions on prior experience.

The final interview was with a member of the executive team.

Questions

The company provided me with a business problem and asked me to whiteboard a design using business process modeling and UML.
