Highly professional.
Initially, I was interviewed by Skype, then invited to the company office for an in-person interview. The interview lasted for about 4 hours and consisted of a 1:1 interview with Dublin personnel and a 1:1 video conference with the SF team.
Overall, very nice people. Workday's personnel at the Dublin office were outstanding. I highly recommend applying to work at this company.
