This was the worst interview coordination and initial interview experience in my seven years of experience. I received two different emails on the same day requesting initial interview times, requiring a minimum of five time frames. After responding to the first email, I received a cancellation of the hiring process. When I asked for clarification, I was sent a Zoom interview invite outside of the time frames I had provided. There was no clarification of what was actually happening. Nevertheless, I accepted it, as I was genuinely interested in the position.
The overall interview time was only ten minutes instead of the scheduled thirty. Every word I spoke was manually recorded (it seems you don't know how to record a video in Zoom?), which forced me to speak very slowly. I was asked about the exact same information that was clearly stated in my resume.
Feedback was promised for the next day. Three days later, after I sent an email, I received the process cancellation email. Based on the position description, my resume was a 100% fit with the position requirements.
