I had applied through an employee referral and received a call from the recruiter only three weeks later. They rescheduled the phone interview twice, which took another two to three weeks. The interview process was unprofessional and very slow, and it was not aligned with the job description.
The interviewer for the phone screen was from a different team and was unprepared with her questions. She was conducting the Zoom video interview from her home, and her child interrupted the call. This was very unprofessional.
The recruiter was not responding to my emails and queries. I will not be applying for any other job at this company, as they seem to have already identified an internal candidate. The recruiter never called or replied to my follow-up emails.
This was the worst experience. Stay away from this company.
Overall, it took nearly two months to complete the interview process, and they did not let me know their decision until I emailed them.
Tell me about your past projects. How do you organize the test cases?
