Pros: - Really nice and skilled people in some teams
Cons: - Workday culture is becoming more and more toxic
- Offshoring most of the jobs to India
- Cost cutting everywhere (data retention, RSU,salary, holiday parties, on-call payments and so many other areas...)
- For people considering joining workday: It used to be great, but right now avoid it at all cost...

Pros: Unlimited PTO with leadership encouraging us to take at least 6 weeks a year
Cons: changing objectives meant teams were constantly being shifted, team names changed multiple times a year
