- Really nice and skilled people in some teams.
- Workday culture is becoming more and more toxic.
- Offshoring most of the jobs to India.
- Cost cutting everywhere (data retention, RSU, salary, holiday parties, on-call payments, and so many other areas).
- For people considering joining Workday: It used to be great, but right now avoid it at all costs.
Carl, maybe you should step down and consider it, to make Workday great again?
