Process
The process was quite quick. I had applied for the position through a referral.
I had an initial call with HR, then a call with the Hiring Manager. Unfortunately, as they had high expectations for the position, my application was declined.
This is my third trial with the company, but I feel their expectations for behavioral questions are textbook-like. They do not seem convinced by candidate experience.
