Pros: - Really nice and skilled people in some teams.
Cons: - Workday culture is becoming more and more toxic.
- Offshoring most of the jobs to India.
- Cost cutting everywhere (data retention, RSU, salary, holiday parties, on-call payments, and so many other areas).
- For people considering joining Workday: It used to be great, but right now avoid it at all costs.

Pros: Unlimited PTO, with leadership encouraging us to take at least 6 weeks a year.
Cons: Changing objectives meant teams were constantly being shifted, and team names changed multiple times a year.
