Recruiters are not that responsive. You have to keep sending them emails to either schedule interviews or ask about feedback.
Some recruiters will respond quickly after we send them an email, but others don’t respond at all. It's frustrating since we take PTO and prepare very hard for the interview, and they don’t have the courtesy to respond. So, we just have to assume that things didn’t go well.
I feel they should learn to respect the candidate’s time and efforts.
About interviewers, I wonder if they know what they are looking for. They will keep asking you if you had any conflicts with any of your peers. Everyone asks the same question. My technical interviews were good, but I think I failed because of the behavioral interviews.
