Process

The overall interview process took 4 weeks.

I received a call from the recruiter after applying on LinkedIn. The interview was average overall.

I felt well prepared after each round. The HR representative was quick and responsive in answering all my questions.

Questions

First, I had a round with HR to discuss suitability for the applied role.

Next, there was a second 1:1 round with the Hiring Manager.

The third round was technical, involving two interviewers for an Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and UML Design assessment.

The following day, I received an email from HR stating that the technical round feedback was good and that I should proceed to a Panel Interview.

This panel interview was scheduled for 2.5 hours.

It began with an initial 30 minutes with an Engineer explaining the XPresso tech stack.

This was followed by an hour-long Architectural round.

The final round involved a 2:1 interview focusing on behavioral questions.

Topics included:

  • Ride share design
  • Leadership behavioral questions
