Process

The career fairs at university definitely helped speed up the process of getting interviews.

I had an on-campus interview where I drew a scenario using UML diagrams, and I performed well on that.

I then received an email inviting me to their onsite interview. Sadly, I did not perform as strongly during the technical portion of the interviews.

The onsite interview consisted of:

One technical interview
Three behavioral interviews with managers
One experience/behavioral interview with new hires from the GW program
