I performed a Skype interview for the first stage, answering general questions about my previous and current roles and having the position described to me.
For the face-to-face interview, I was asked to complete a coding assignment. However, the person who requested it went on holiday before the interview, so none of the interviewers had seen it beforehand. Afterwards, my other contact had significant trouble receiving my assignment, so I ended up sharing it via Dropbox.
I interviewed with three different groups of people, and the overall process took about four hours. There seemed to be some confusion regarding the role, as each group described it somewhat differently.
I was asked many OPs/admin-type questions, which I had not prepared for, as I believed it was solely a development role (DNS/LDAP). Overall, all the interviewers came across as friendly and very knowledgeable, and I am sure it would be a good environment to work in.

What would you do if you ran this large bash command (which was spoken to me and I didn't even get the part before the first pipe symbol)?
