The technically challenging and good set of questions attracted me to the company. The people I interviewed with were pretty strong as well, and seeing their questions, I was already impressed. I showed my inquisitiveness to learn what they look for most in a candidate because of the nature of the product, which has some internal tools used within Workday.
The interview process is multi-staged, with a coding assignment before the onsite, which usually takes place once you're through the phone round. This is followed by an aggressive round of in-person interviews that test your coding, data structure, and algorithm skills. They are pretty fast in their process and got back to me the same day with a "Yes!"
Many data structure and algorithmic questions.
