Flexible hours and working conditions are great.
Cons: The vision is gone, and it's hard to know where the engineering future is. Management seems stretched, and despite a huge PM organization, it's very disorganized. They are prioritizing the quantity of deliveries instead of the quality of deliveries. The values are no longer seen.
