The interview process was very well arranged, and the interviewers were to the point. The questions were very relevant to the job, and I knew I had done well after each interview. This is often difficult, as you never know for sure until you receive the results. However, I felt positive from my first interview.

Pros: Additional PTO via Thank You Days is nice.
Cons: There is virtually no new hiring for US/Canada/Ireland positions; jobs are being offshored to India.
The problems caused by offshore teams cost us a lot of time and money, with surely no net gains.
They also made promotions much more difficult to come by.
There is a 50% in-office requirement.

Pros: Collaborative culture, strong engineering standards, and opportunities to work on impactful projects. Management encourages learning and experimentation, and work-life balance is generally respected.
Cons: Some processes can be slow to change, and cross-team communication occasionally feels siloed. Career progression paths could be more clearly defined.
