Pros: I've enjoyed working for Workday. They've got a great culture. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with.
Cons: A downside of the culture is that people can be too friendly, especially people leaders. This means getting constructive feedback can be difficult, which can impact growth in role.

Pros: The company was founded with great values, and they really care about their employees. I just started as a software engineer out of the SF office, and I love working here so much. My team is awesome, and we are working with some really cool technologies. Plus, there is a huge market opportunity for the product overall!
Cons: I honestly can't think of any!
